Important Pickup and Delivery Information

For GTA delivery, cut-off time for next day delivery is 12.00am. Our couriers work extremely hard during the busiest floral holiday of the year and they require notification for pick up 12 hours in advance so they can co-ordinate their space to safely deliver packages.

For local delivery, cut off time is 10am for Saturday, 11th and 9:00am for Mother’s Day.

We cannot guarantee delivery times but they will arrive before 6pm.

If you are ordering flowers for delivery outside of the west end,  we highly recommend ordering the tin or Copper Compote arrangement. This ensures the best quality control. Bouquets are recommended for pick-up, especially if you have vases at home.
